Moon is the presiding deity of the element water, and rules over the tides of the
sea. Moon is the ruler of plants and the vegetable kingdom. The moon represents
the mother of female principle. It rules peace of mind, comfort and fortune of an
individual. The moon gives illumination, sense of purpose, intuitive nature, sensuality,
fine arts and wealth. It makes us moody, emotional and sensitive.
Jupiter in Vedic
Astrology
Jupiter in Sanskrit is known as 'Brihaspati'. He is the dwarf incarnation of Lord
Vishnu. Brahma is the presiding deity of mental powers and the teacher of gods.
He is the teacher of science of light and astronomy. Ruler of the Sun and Moon,
he controls the movement of the planets. If favorable, this planet gives name, fame,
success, honor and wealth. Jupiter is very important for a female because it determines
her marriage and her relationship with her husband.

Venus is known as Shukra in Hindu mythology. He is the son of
great astrologer Bhrigu. He is an embodiment of love, a benefic planet and governs
the refined attributes, romance, beauty, luxuries, wealth, arts, season of spring,
rains and the bed-room. When rightly aspected, Venus is strong and it brings wealth,
comfort and attraction to the opposite sex in the early part of life.
Ketu in Vedic Astrology
Ketu is known as the dragon's tail, which gives birth to comets and meteors and
is known as the descending or the south node of the Moon. Ketu bestows wisdom, powers
of discrimination and spiritual knowledge. It also bestows worldly desires and ambitions.
